Overview

Designed and developed turboexpander systems for high-pressure gas applications, enabling temperature reduction through controlled expansion. The system was integrated into a skid-based assembly for industrial deployment, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Role & Contributions

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to develop system architecture and P&IDs

  • Modeled full skid assemblies based on process requirements and layout constraints

  • Created detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly documentation

  • Led design reviews and drawing review boards to ensure design integrity and compliance

  • Managed sourcing and integration of outsourced (buyout) components

  • Supported assembly, integration, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

  • Developed parametric, configurable models in SolidWorks for scalable and adaptable designs
