Overview
Designed and developed turboexpander systems for high-pressure gas applications, enabling temperature reduction through controlled expansion. The system was integrated into a skid-based assembly for industrial deployment, with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Role & Contributions
Collaborated cross-functionally to develop system architecture and P&IDs
Modeled full skid assemblies based on process requirements and layout constraints
Created detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly documentation
Led design reviews and drawing review boards to ensure design integrity and compliance
Managed sourcing and integration of outsourced (buyout) components
Supported assembly, integration, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Developed parametric, configurable models in SolidWorks for scalable and adaptable designs
