Desalination Systems

Overview

Designed reverse osmosis (RO) desalination systems for seawater applications, producing potable water for offshore platforms, marine vessels, and yachts. Systems were configured as custom skid assemblies tailored to customer requirements, with emphasis on reliability, maintainability, and integration within space-constrained environments.

Role

• Designed skid layouts based on P&IDs and customer-specific requirements

• Modeled complete system assemblies, ensuring proper component placement, routing, and accessibility

• Created detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly documentation, and spare parts lists

• Coordinated with suppliers to source and manufacture components and assemblies

• Collaborated with assembly teams to support build, integration, and troubleshooting
